Friends and Family. In a recent survey our clients stated that they had joined our Practice through the recommendation of friends and family. We do feel privileged to have built this relationship with our clients through mutual trust and professionalism. Experience With over 80 years of providing Veterinary care to the island's animals the Practice has grown until there are now fifteen vets providing a level of expertise that covers every common pet (and many unusual ones), horses and farm animals. 24 hour Service One of the most important attributes of being a Veterinary Hospital is that we have dedicated night staff providing "round the clock" nursing and a 24 hour emergency service, meaning that our clients can be assured that their animals have access to veterinary care whenever they might need it, day and night, 365 days of the year. Accessibility and Location With ample parking at the front of the Hospital, even at the furthest space you’re only 25 metres from reception, no steps and wide opening double doors. Our purpose built facility has been planned to make your journey as smooth as possible. In terms of location, the Hospital is situated just off Victoria Road on of the arteries into St. Helier. Our qualified Veterinary Nurses hold special Clinics to discuss diet, preventative health care treatment, puppy training and behaviour advice. The 15 Veterinary Surgeons cover all year round 365 days and are rot'd into the consult timetable so that, should you have a preference, you’re able to see your Vet. Finally our administration team have the systems in place to handle any queries you may have. Advice can be given regarding your account, booking consults and home visits, joining Friends Club, insurance and insurance claims. RCVS Tier 3 Veterinary Hospital We are very proud of being the only practice in the Channel Islands, with the facilities and standards that qualify us to be a Veterinary Hospital, and in a recent review we were accredited as a Tier 3 Veterinary Hospital, which is the highest standard that can be achieved in general practice. We have changed to suit this request and our new consult times provide 15 min periods that allows adequate time to discuss the range of options available. In addition we have increased our opening hours. On site facilities Investment has been made in key areas to support the animals we treat. Blood analysis and x-rays on site means that results are rapidly retrieved, advances in technologies allows operations like TPLO's on island rather than being referred to the UK at additional expense. The Hydrotherapy resource promotes speedy recovery, relaxation and an alternative to medication. Open days are held annually to see behind the scenes. Loyalty Discount - Friends Club Our Friends Club members enjoy the benefits of discounted preventative treatment for fleas, ticks and worms. The monthly direct debit allows for the spread of advocate treatment costs over the course of the year.
